ShieldHubLearn provides three main categories of offerings: live training services, digital informational products, and physical training materials.

2.1 Training Services

Our training services include live or scheduled cyber hygiene training sessions tailored for teams and executives. These sessions are conducted online or at designated venues.

2.2 Informational Products

Digital informational products consist of downloadable materials such as guides, videos, and educational resources.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical products include printed manuals and other tangible materials related to our training programs.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Training Services Refunds and Rescheduling

Refunds for live training sessions are generally not provided due to the preparation and scheduling involved. However, clients may request to reschedule their session within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.

To request rescheduling, please contact us through our contact form. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

3.2 Informational Products Refunds

Due to the nature of digital informational products, refunds are only issued if the product is defective or not as described. To request a refund, contact us through our contact form within 7 days of purchase and provide evidence of the issue.

3.3 Physical Products Refunds

For physical products, refunds or interactions can be requested within 14 days after receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

4. Method of Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 business days. In case of rescheduling, no additional charges will apply if done within the allowed period.

5. No-Refund Clause for Certain Services

Certain custom training packages or contributions that require significant resource allocation may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and is due to the exclusive nature of the service preparation. Customers are encouraged to contact us for clarification before completing a purchase.
